Great location near Promenade, Nice Old Town, tram, and bus stations. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Staff is warm and hospitable, providing complimentary water bottles and helpful tips. Rooms are kept clean and air conditioning is always on. Comfortable bed.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was just a short walk away from the beach and close to the city center. the tram station nearby made it easy for us to take public transport to the airport.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful old town location, just a short walk from the beach and train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and basic, but had everything we needed. I especially loved the great window with nice shutters that provided a pleasant street view. The lobby had a nice atmosphere and good wifi, which was a bonus.
Everything was just ok, nothing to complain about.

There were occasional instances of noise from neighboring rooms, which could potentially disturb some guests.
